By accessing or using Kandluma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Purpose of the App

Kandluma is a dream journaling and reflective analysis application designed to help users explore symbols, emotional patterns, and recurring themes across their dreams over time.

Kandluma provides informational and reflective content only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

AI-Generated Insights

Kandluma may generate automated insights based on your dream entries, including analyses, symbolic interpretations, and archetype profiles. These outputs are generated by automated systems and are intended solely for personal reflection.

You acknowledge that such insights are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your personal situation and should not be relied upon as factual or professional guidance.

User Content

You retain full ownership of the dreams and content you create within the app.

By using Kandluma, you grant the app permission to process this content solely to provide its features, including analysis, pattern recognition, and insight generation.

Shared Features

Shared dream features require explicit consent from all participating users. You are solely responsible for whom you choose to connect with and share content.

Community Guidelines & Safety

Kandluma has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree not to submit, share, or distribute any content that is:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Violent or promoting harm
• Otherwise inappropriate or unsafe

Kandluma provides tools that allow users to report content and block other users directly within the app.

Reported content is reviewed and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Content Moderation

Kandluma uses automated systems and basic filtering to detect and prevent the submission of objectionable content. However, users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are optional
• Payments are processed through your App Store account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store → Subscriptions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system functionality, or access other users’ data without permission.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided by Kandluma. The app is designed as a reflective tool and does not provide guaranteed or factual interpretations.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Kandluma is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
